The Town Hall is the next in a series providing elected officials and their constituents an opportunity to discuss issues and concerns. Law enforcement is high on everyone’s list right now with our open border and threats from Hamas relating to the conflict in Israel.

Also on constituents’ minds are increasing water bills and property taxes. Town Hall panelists will provide more information about their respective organizations to help voters become educated on taxing entities and governance in Montgomery County.

Confirmed Panelists

  • Gene DeForest, Constable Precinct 2

  • Jim Spigener, Lone Star Groundwater Conservation District Board President

  • Dr. Shelley Sekula-Gibbs, The Woodlands Township Board Member, Position 5

  • Charles Shirley, Montgomery County Hospital District, Precinct 3

All panelists will be taking questions from attendees during the Town Hall. The Montgomery County Republican Party asks everyone to stay on topic with issues specific to the panelists, and to be respectful to all speakers.
