This Is It: We MUST Pass These Bills

From TexasGOP Chairman, Abraham George

It’s time to sprint toward the finish line and get our Legislative Priorities passed — YOU have the power to make it happen. Every phone call, email, and testimony matters.

These 32 priority bills were carefully selected by our Legislative Priorities Committee, our staff, and myself. We chose them not only because they reflect our conservative values, but because at this critical final stage of the session, these are the bills that are actually moving. This is about smart strategy and real results.

Now, let me be straight with you—some of these bills may not be authored by the most conservative members, and no, they’re not all perfect. But they represent our best and most realistic shot at advancing our legislative priorities right now. Many of these authors are close allies of the Speaker, and their bills have a much better chance of passing than those carried by members who have openly opposed him.

I know that’s frustrating to some of you—and I hear you. But my mandate is clear: get our priorities accomplished. And this is the best strategy we have to do that in this session.

That’s why I’m asking you—get behind these bills. Contact your legislators. Urge them to support this final push. Let’s finish strong and get the job done.

You’ll also find a full list of the bills supported or opposed by the Republican Party of Texas on our site, along with direct links to the Texas Legislature Online so you can track every update and take action fast.

Texas is counting on us. Let’s rise to the moment — and win.

For Texas and our Union,
