Set Meeting Dates and Times for the County Executive Committee (CEC)

WHEREAS, the CEC is required to have at least one regular meeting each quarter by the 2022-2024 by-laws, and

WHEREAS, meeting only once per quarter is not sufficient to adequately conduct the business of the CEC in a timely manner;

THEREFORE, LET IT BE RESOLVED that the County Executive Committee will establish the following meeting schedule effective January 1, 2023, thru December 31, 2023. The CEC will meet on the first Tuesday of the months January, March, April, June, September, October, and December. (Election Days are May 6 and November 7.) This schedule will continue through December 2023 unless revised at a future date. Meetings will be held at a time and location to be announced at the time of the meeting call.

LET IT ALSO BE RESOLVED that the Steering Committee will meet one week plus one day from the date of each CEC meeting as scheduled.

LET IT FURTHER BE RESOLVED that this resolution will expire on December 31, 2023, and a new Resolution setting a meeting schedule will be required for the year 2024.
