When Can I Turn in My Paperwork?
If you’d like to file to run for Precinct Chair on the Primary Election ballot, you may turn in your paperwork at our Headquarters during the dates/times indicated on the calendars shown above.
Before Filling Out Your Paperwork…

Where Do I Get the Paperwork?
Application forms are available at the Montgomery County Republican Party Headquarters or may be found on the Secretary of State’s website. Click here for instructions on locating the proper form.
Fill out your application but DO NOT SIGN it until the notary stamps it. A notary is available at our Headquarters. Please call before visiting if you need notary services.
Filing Deadline
Turn in your completed, notarized form at our Headquarters during the dates/times indicated on the calendars shown above, or email it to chairman@mctxgop.org or secretary@mctxgop.org.
Filing closes on December 8, 2025.
