Sen. Cruz calls Fauci the most dangerous bureaucrat to ever serve in federal government

Three years ago, those who questioned the “official” story about the origins of the COVID-19 virus were ridiculed. The Democrats, the corporate media, and Dr. Anthony Fauci parroted the Chinese Communist Party’s talking points to shut down the lab leak theory. Now, the truth is finally coming out.
"It has been evident for a long time that it is very likely the COVID-19 virus escaped from a Chinese government lab in Wuhan China,” said Senator Cruz.
He continued:
“Time and time again, Dr. Fauci absurdly claimed there was “zero evidence” to indicate a lab leak in Wuhan, and pressured Big Tech to shut down those that spoke of it. He pushed for nationwide pandemic policies that put politics before science and destroyed countless lives, profoundly eroding public trust in our scientific and medical communities.
“He is the most dangerous bureaucrat to ever serve in our federal government.
“Dr. Fauci lied to the American people. And he lied to Congress directly, when he testified that our federal government was not funding gain-of-function research. He should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.”
