AG Paxton has taken legal action to defend Texas’s lawful designation of the Muslim Brotherhood and CAIR as foreign terrorist organizations under Texas law.

The state party encourages Gov. Abbott to vigorously pursue the investigation and prosecution of these organizations and any that support them.

The evidence indicates that entities connected to EPIC violated federal and state securities laws and regulations.
