In response to the lawfare being waged against President Trump, Senator Ted Cruz calls out the use of nationwide injunctions by unelected, activist judges who are determined to undermine the will of voters by obstructing the administration’s agenda.

More nationwide injunctions have been issued against President Trump in the past two months than in the entire 21st century. That’s not justice— it’s politically motivated lawfare. Nationwide injunctions are an abuse of power and result in the judiciary acting as policymakers rather than interpreters of the law.
