Calling All Patriots To Get in the Game

On a rainy morning, Sept. 13, 1814, Francis Scott Key watched as the British began "vomiting shot and shell in a sheet of fire and brimstone" for more than 25 hours on Fort McHenry in Baltimore Harbor. The bombardment came just two weeks after the British had burned Washington, D.C., including the Capitol, the Treasury, and the White House. When darkness fell, Key saw only red shells erupting in the dark sky. He had no doubt that the British would win, signaling the end of the new Republic.

But when “dawn's early light” broke over Fort McHenry, Key saw not the Union Jack, but the battered American flag still flying, declaring an American victory.

Saving Our Great Nation

If we are to save this great nation, the state that we love, and Montgomery County, we need all American patriots to get into the game. We may be battered and bruised, but our flag is still there - for now.

We are so thankful for the dedicated volunteers who work tirelessly every single day to keep Montgomery County RED and need more to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with them when they become weary in the fight!

Now is the time to get engaged in electing true Conservatives in the next Primary so we can take back our freedoms and allow future generations to live under the Banner of Liberty.
