2026 Republican Primary Ballot Propositions
January 13, 2026 | Montgomery County, TX
The March 3rd Primary ballot will include 10 propositions for Republican voters. These are questions being posed by the Republican Party of Texas to determine what Republican voters expect on key issues.
Voters will indicate their agreement by selecting either YES or NO on the ballot. The results are not binding, but are very important in legislative decision making.
The propositions were approved by the State Republican Executive Committee on September 6, 2025, and include questions on eliminating property taxes, denial of healthcare based on vaccination status, gender services and pro-life teaching in public schools, term limits, protecting Texas water, public services for illegals, Democrat leadership in the Texas Legislature, and banning Sharia law.
