Congressman Perry

January 15, 2023 | Montgomery County, TX

The World Prayer Network will be hosting an online prayer call broadcast this evening featuring Congressman Scott Perry, one of “the 20” who withstood enormous pressure during the 15 votes taken for the election of the Speaker of the House a week ago.

Congressman Perry’s cell phone was confiscated by the FBI the day after the Mar-a-Lago raid (read more).

“My phone contains info about my legislative and political activities, and personal/private discussions with my wife, family, constituents, and friends. None of this is the government’s business,” Perry told Fox News.

Perry is chairman of the Freedom Caucus, a group of conservative members of Congress who stand for Biblical values.

Perry will be joined by Pennsylvania State Representative David Zimmerman, who will share how Freedom Caucuses are being formed, not only in Washington, DC, in Congress, but in state legislatures around the nation.

The World Prayer Network (WPN) is an online church service held each Sunday and Wednesday evening. The organization was founded on Nov. 4, 2020, as a prayer call in response to the events of the Nov. 3 election. WPN hosts weekly online prayer broadcasts to seek strategies for the transformation of the United States and nations around the world. During their live calls, they share briefings from key leaders and then pray together for God’s intervention.
