Any person who experiences an irregularity while casting their vote in Texas is encouraged to file a formal report with the Texas Secretary of State. This helps improve processes and prevent patterns of anomalies.

As an additional option, Montgomery residents may provide a completed affidavit to the Montgomery County Republican Party.
